Owen is a PhD research student in Musicology at the University of York, specialising in 20th-/21st-century Nordic music and music analysis. He is also very interested in the accessibility of musical appreciation and understanding. Owen gained both his undergraduate and Masters degrees from Bangor University in North Wales.
