Calm Before the Storm
Inspired by the war poetry of Wilfred Owen, this piece was performed and recorded by the resident string quartet with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales in February 2013, at the Millennium Centre, Cardiff.
Different View - Movement 1
Composed for the resident wind quintet with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales in 2014, Different View was performed and recorded at the Millenium Centre in Cardiff. This was a result of winning a composition competition associated with BBC Now, Ty Cerdd and Bangor University.
Star Light, Star Bright
Set to a text by the American poet Dorothy Parker, this choral piece was performed by a specially formed choir at Bangor University as part of a Composers' Showcase held in Powis Hall in 2011.
